Let's Get Together to Care About the Health

　　The pursuit of health is man's pretty basic human rights, also everyone's most important asset, even the basis of city development. The Health Bureau following the Mayor’s vision of "municipal 168" policy promotes positively each administrative operation in the field of localized hygiene, including the integration of municipal resources to set up Long-term Care Management Center, Anti-drug Center, Community Mental Health Center, to process civil health screenings, and to intensify community case management, etc. By undertaking health care, disease prevention and the promotion of medical quality combined with the community's efforts, creates the healthy and safe living environment and constructs our city as a safe, friendly, beautiful health city.

　　"Health in your hand, happiness all your life" is the policy promise of the Health Bureau being a defender of civil health. All colleagues of the Health Bureau insist on all the time providing the convenient and safe medical care environment and delivering the exact concept of health as a guidance counselor with the attentive heart. The efforts and results obtain affirmation and recognition from the central authorities and Department of Health, Executive Yuan. And furthermore, all colleagues continue to provide public service in the respect of health education, disease screenings, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, enhancement of medical care quality and community health management for the disadvantaged groups with open mind, innovative thinking and efficient method. Thus the civil can absorb entirely the concept of health in daily life and live in a safe, Lohas city.
